Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days after payment is received. We offer free shipping across the UK via Royal Mail, including tracking. For added security, Royal Mail Extra with a required signature is available at an additional cost; please contact us for this option. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns
We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, we are here to help. You can return the item for a full refund or exchange. Please note that returns are only accepted for damaged merchandise. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for reasons such as dissatisfaction with the appearance of the product or a change of mind.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
